I am so excited about doing this I have been reading the boards and everyone is so supportive of each other. Here's my story My husband and I are both chefs by training. I left cooking because my son was born. So i have been into food sales for the past 7 years. Problem is i sit on my hiney so much I do not get the exercise I used to from being in the Kitchen. A year ago my husband lost 85# just by watching what he was eating. I think that 85# was magnetic and wemt wright to me. Sometimes I would say lets go out to eat. I was jeoulous of him. So here I am to day at 239# my legs hurt I have a thyroid problem and i have to take nexium for my acid reflux which is because of being over weight. I read the article in the people magazine about the lady who lost so much weight off the medifast diet in 9 months. So here are my questions.
1.) Can I use cinnamon and vanilla extract in my shakes I tried it and loved it.
2.) I am on the Complete plan how many replacements should I have everyone is saying something diffrent. If I am not hungry do I have to have the 6th.
3.) Is Liquid Coffee Mate okay
4.) Should I be taking any other vitamins My doctor say yes.
5.) And Is it allright to have the replacements every 2 1/2 hours.
