Hi everyone,
I'm Sherry I started on Sept. 16th 2006 and have lost 35.5 lbs so far. I'm am one happy camper. I usually just come in and read, but today I thought I'd share a bit. I have asked a few ?'s at the beginning. I love all your posts, they are very inspiring. Some days its so easy and other days sooo HARD!!!! It's easy when I'm by myself, but when hubby and 5 year old daughter(doesn't want mommy to diet, loves me just the way I am...Comfortable) are home HARD!!!! My hubby LOVES his pizza and my Amber Rose wants mommy to eat what she's having. But what are you gonna do, just LOVE them I guess!!! I love the cappuccino and RTD chocolate shakes and also the chocolate shakes you shake yourself. Actually I like most of the food, not too much of a fan of the chicken soups though. Well, need to get going, you all have a shakin day. Thanks to everyone for all your GREAT posts and inspiration.

Some people add a bit of powdered chicken boullion to the chicken soup for flavor. There are all sorts of food tips around if you look for them! Some kind of strange...

maybe you could try making your daughter one of the shakes. I do that for my boyfriend with the hot cocoa, and have gotten rid of temptation because we are having something together.

Hi everyone, Thanks for the Welcomes and all the kind words! Amber Rose loves hot chocolate so maybe we'll give that a try...Thanks Allie. Biki, I tried everything for that chicken soup and nope just don't like it! When my husband gets back from traveling, I'll see if he can put up some before and during pics. I'm not computer SAVVY!!! I don't even know how to get those little emotions guys up. I'll tell you, this is the place to go when you need encouragement, I do thank everyone. I read so much of everyones ups and downs and it's just so great to know you're not alone in this Battle of the Bulge! And I gotta lotta BULGE!!!! Well, I need to go wrap up some more Christmas gifts. I thought I was all done yesterday, but I found more. I buy stuff all year long, then forget sometimes(Most of the time) where I put the things. So, off I go till next time.

Hi everyone, Again Thanks to all who welcomed me. I'm really tired today. Well, I'm always tired. Shouldn't be tired today was up at 7:45, Usually up at 5:45 to 6.30am. My 5 year old needs to be up for school and we slept through the alarm this morning. That is pretty unusual for us. She's up all the time before the alarm goes off. Biki I don't know how you even stay awake till 7.30 after being up at 2:30-4:00?? And all the things you do all day long, you make me tired just by reading all you do. I am pretty lazy though. You had some Raisin Brand, oh that is one of my favorite cereals, had to get it out of the house. Sorry, though that you felt so dizzy and bad you needed to eat it. I need to go eat a meal in a few minutes. After this one only 4 more to go. OH, Biki LOVE that ring!!!! I'm a very big jewelry fan and rings are my very favorite. Hope Santa brings it to ya!!How do you get those emoticons to work???? Well, I'm gonna go EAT!!!!

Thanks! I have posted pics of the ring all over my house like subliminal messages for my dense husband. We'll see. To use the emoticons, look over to your left while posting and click on one. If you would like to see the variety of different emoticons look to the bottom left and click on "View more Emoticons" and you can click on those too. When you click it will be inserted into your message. :) See, like that.

Thanks Biki, I'm not a computer pro and sorta scared to try, b/c I don't want to mess it up. I know my hubby could fix it, but just don't want to do something stupid. I circle things in magazines and jewelry flyers lots around bd, anniversaries and of course Christmas, but to no avail. He thinks I have enough jewelry. I think one can never have enough jewelry :D Is that beauty of a ring done up in white gold? Oh wow I looked at preview got the smiley face YAH!!!!!!

Yes, white gold. I will teach you how to print pictures of the things you want on 4x6 picture paper with a sticky backing and places in places he can't miss. Like the top of the toilet seat, his mirror, his sock drawer. I am all about subtlety!!!
