Hi Marge, stick with the program EXACTLY and you will lose weight. I am a slow loser, but feel that I have done well.
Regarding your forum entry on Sept. 21 in response to KMR, I was trying to explain to you, that the program is either a 6-0 or a 5-1. You listed snacks as "freebies", and I tried to explain that you are allowed one snack a day, but you seemed determined that you could have all the items on that list of "freebies", daily.
I am happy that you have been finally corrected by others regarding the many snacks you have been allowing yourself. I did suggest, back then, that you read the Quick Start Guide that you received with your first order, as I am sure that there have been some changes in the past two years, that, perhaps you are not aware of, two years later. Anyway, I am sure that you will start seeing a weight loss now, regardless of not being able to exercise. I didn't start exercising until three months into the program, now I couldn't stop myself from exercising, if I tried. Good luck, I am willing to bet that you will start seeing the weight come off now, Marge
