I started off or I should say I restarted off with a bang losing 7 pounds in the first week but I have been at a stalemate for most of the second week losing only 1 pound....I feel very bloated and I dont think I have been drinking all the water that I am supposed to




roughly my schedule...sometimes alternating soup for chilli
8 am...shake or oatmeal
11 am....shake
2 pm shake or a bar
5 pm shake
8pm chilli with crackers and celery and mushrooms and a dash of hot sauce
11 pm oatmeal
snack
sugar free jello
2 pickles
2 fast soups during the day
anyone see if I am doing something wrong????
