Per Nancy and the Medifast Guide, I took it easy. Our local Curves has all of these "extra" workout stations, so you only need to go around 2x in order to complete your 30 min. workout. So I just went around once. Felt okay. not tired at all. Even stretched afterwards...something I hated to do in the past. I think it may have to do with the fact that we now have this stretching apparatus there, which no longer requires you to get down on the floor. I always used to skip the stretch because I knew once I got down on the floor it would take me a long time to get back up, which was pretty embarassing.
Tomorrow I plan on walking on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Hope to do a mile at that pace. I'm curious to see if this will affect my weight loss. Will let you know at the end of the month.
When I got my measurements done I had lost a total of 15 1/2 inches (minus the calf measurements...they don't do those anymore??) since my last pre Medifast check. So I was happy with that.
