I have to admit I have been drinking decaf as of late, regular coffee was making me jittery. Even a pot of Earl Grey Tea made me shaky.
So its decaf for me.
I have found that in a pinch, when I'm out and about and I start to feel hungry as small coffee with a little soy milk (I can't drink regular milk) will tide me over until I can get to my MF.
