My sister, Jane, is addicted to a "sugar free vanilla or caramel Americano, with a spash of fat free milk and no foam". She is a Global Director for TSFL and says that something like this is completely within the program guidlines. You really have to watch the milk due to sugar content and such so this is really an "in moderation" kind of thing.

You should try to convert the MF capuccino into a Frapuccino. It works REALLY. I mix the MF capuccino with cold water and add some SF caramel, vanilla or even Kahlua flavoring to it. Most people who have tasted it can't believe it is a "diet" supplement. The whole thing works hot too. My mom is totally addicted to the MF cap in a "plain ol cup of coffee".

It kills two birds with one stone - a meal supplement AND a "treat".

coffee or americano is perfectly fine... just not milk. No latte (only as an emergency if you have no meal replacements available.. then a tall latte with fat free milk can substitute as an emergency).

I have an americano with a little half and half (not creamer). I usually have SF caramel or vanilla.

Hope that helps.

I used a nonfat latte as my first meal with no issues-- but I could NOT have a bar those days, or I knocked myself out of ketosis and wanted to bite the arms off small children if they had anything that looked like candy on their hands.

yeah... it got a little weird.

I've been ordering an Americano with a splash of Sugar Free Caramel. I know this may sound weird but I then add a pack of the Banana Cream shake and make it a meal. It's sooo good!!!

Not weird at all. We use coffee as our liquid for shakes all the time. Di uses banana or vanilla with coffee. I usually do just the hot cocoa... but very tasty.

That never occured to me because I'm not a big coffee drinker. But the cocoa or the swiss mocha mixed with coffee and crushed ice? That sounds pretty cool. Thanks for the idea.
