Many people can't handle all of the lean and green at once, and we have been told that it is okay to split the lean and green. If you do, it is suggested to split both parts together. Have part of the lean with part of the green.
On the dressing, just keep it low carb and low fat. The entire lean and green should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 400-450 calories.
