For those of you who like crispy and crunchy foods, we have a Medifast announcement to share with you:
four new medically formulated portion-controlled meal replacements will be available in the TSFL Shopping Cart on Monday, July 20, 2009.

The newest Medifast Meals were introduced at the National Take Shape For Life Convention last week at The Phoenician Resort in Arizona. When we returned to our suite the other evening, we discovered a green swirled cardboard gift box and nestled in the green tissue paper, we discovered Medifast Cinnamon Pretzels and Parmesan Cheese Puffs.

The new products are savory and sweet and come in a puffy bag, similar to single serving size 'tater chips - they are not snacks but rather complete meals. Each bag contains a complete, fully fortified Medifast Meal that’s ready to go-and ready to eat-wherever you are!

Each bag contains 1.13 ounces (32 grams) of crunchy flavor.

Each meal contains 24 vitamins and minerals and just the right balance of protein, fiber and carbohydrates to satisfy and keep your tummy happy like all the other Medifast meals. The new Pretzels and Puffs can be used interchangeably on the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan, especially when you’re on the go and are priced at $15.50 per box of seven meal replacements, just like most of the other Medifast Meals.
