soy crisps

Postby pinkbugs471 » January 19th, 2007, 7:14 am

I ran out of soy crisps.

I was wondering if there is any kind I can buy at the store :?:

The Patriots play on Sunday, and I know I will need a snack to munch on while everyone else is having chips & dip.

I get Glenny's soy crisps at the store- but be careful- there are 2 servings per bag so only have half. They are really good.

And be careful of those serving sizes. The snack size soy crisps we have may not be the same serving size as those listed on other brands packages.
Genisoy has them as does Quaker. Just watch ingredients and don't use these if you don't absolutely have to.

Here is nutrition info on Medifast Soy Crisps. If you substitute as a temporary need, then make sure what you use is equal in value to these. Won't be the same as the soy used is typically a better soy than non-medifast, but do as you feel best for your own weight loss.
I researching, I found a great site.... www DOT calorie-count DOT com

Sooo, I am a big Manning fan...care for a wee wager for the game...say 2 bags of the crispy things or two bars...hehe

The fact that I live in WI and don't worship Brett Farve is a sore spot for many...I was a hugh Montana fan , first born named Montana, keep saying if I had another Peyton is the name!

Most of the soy crisp brands available in stores are comparable...just check the nutritional facts.

I prefer Stacy's.

As a whole, Eagles fans are the scum of the earth...so I wouldn't suggest flying the Eagles flag anywhere.

No offense.

Yea I had a friend from Utah visit, I was pointing out this and that and saw a magazine with Brett on the cover...I told her this is Lord Brett and around here the entire off season is spent on will he or won 't he retire, someone turned and told me to move back to Chicago.... I said , See, a loyal subject right there"

For the record he has been an amazing QB, I happen to think Peyton is better, but baseball is my game, and Smoltz my favorite pitcher of all time.
