soy crisp/crackers

Are these eaten as a meal like the puddings, shakes etc? Or they in addition as a "in case you are hungry"?

I just got my first 5 weeks but because my husband only gets paid the last day of every month I am going to have to order for next month soon.

They are a snack that you can have once a day.

I know a lot of us are hoping for a meal version of the soy crisps...but as of now, there isn't one.

So I could have them in addition to my other 6 meals??? It would be nice to have something with the soup though. I think I would be happier eating them then the oatmeal and shakes.

Exactly. One pack of one or the other each day as a snack (but yes, you can have 'em WITH a meal; I like the crackers crumbled up into my soup to make the soup seem more substantial).

Can I make a recommendation, Jenn? I have found that it's best not to eat the soy crisps on the same day as you eat a bar, they're are a lot more carbs on that day if you do. I have more success if I only have a bar on days when I don't have any other snacks of any kind, and I only have crackers or soy crisps on days when I have the lower carb meals, like shakes...

Just a thought. Enjoy!
