I would get the bouillion to help hold you off but I wouldn't necessarily "skip" your 4 o'clock. I would get to it as soon as you can possibly eat it after your meeting. Then if you need to adjust to get all your supplements in; have your next meal 2 hours after the last one, and so on.
You shouldn't skip a meal - that is the important thing. I've had to go 4 hours before because of church and then I adjusted to get the rest in.
