Hi to all... Long time no post... On Sept 11 I started Medifast again. This is it for me. Amazingly enough, I have already lost SEVEN pounds. I am following the program EXACTLY, and do not want to do anything else. There are some questions I have-

1. Cottage Cheese yes or no
2. Splenda How much???? I use ALOT and saw it is like a snack?
3. Half and Half in my coffee. How much??
4.Walden Farms salad dressing no fat, no calories no carbs, no nothing except awesome taste. I use ALOT. How much can I really have?
5. Sugar Free jello cup. 1 every few days is ok?
6. I walk about four hours daily for my job. Can I have an additional shake and still be ok?
7. Medifast 70 - ok to use when I am using 55 for other meals?

1. Low-fat as a meatless option (see the meatless options page)
2. I believe only 2 or 3 packets allowed per day
3. Not sure, but if so in strict moderation
4. Yes - all zeros = OK
5. Allowed 1 per day AS YOUR ONE SNACK
6. It wouldn't hurt, but if you notice you are not losing or your losing slows that would be the first thing to remove.
7. In my opinion, since you are so active at work you should be on the 70's not the 55's
