Spicy Tomato Soup:

Mix in your shaker jar:

1 packet MF Creamy Tomato Soup

Pinch of chili powder

Dash of Tabasco sauce

Pour into a mug and heat it up in the microwave....delicious and VERY satisfying!

And you though Mexican food wasn't on the MF plan

ENJOY!
