Wow, it looks like I ate WAY too few cucumbers yesterday...and it seemed like quite a bit
So, to clarify, if I were to eat 1 cup of green beans, something like 1/2 cup of cucumbers, I would be in good shape. That sounds great to me!

If you are just having raw vegetables, the serving size 1 1/2 cups. So
if you want to have mushrooms and cucumbers with a protein portion you
can have 3/4 cups cucumber and 3/4 cups mushrooms.
Medifast does not recommend combining cooked and raw vegetables. The carbohydrate level can change when cooking vegetables. I would recommend having either cooked or raw vegetables.
