SuzyQ66 wrote:Hey Sojo - I too was AWOL for a while. Had a wonderful vacation in Florida for two weeks but also really didn't realize how much a grandbaby was going to change our lives nor take up so much of my time. Not enough time in the day to get to everything.

I am so sorry to hear about Chloe and about all the health problems your family continues to endure. I truly hope that things go better for you and your family.

Thanks for continuing with your posts - this site would not be the same with you!!

I've missed you, Suzy Q!!

Thanks for the condolences, everyone has been so wonderful.
I'm glad that your vacation was great. If you'd only know how crazy busy you'd be, you would've eeked out every last bit of relaxation, huh?

I'm glad to be back and I'm really glad that you're back, too!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, as well. :D

Hiya Hol ~ my major is Psychology and I want at least a Master's, with MFT licensure. Beyond that...well, we'll have to see. For now, I am exploring my employment opportunities in the field of forensic psychology with only a Master's. If this is not possible, or very restricted, I will likely provide counseling and support to people with developmental disabilities. Unless something else pops up! I've given some thought to teaching at the local community college (where I began my studies), which I think would be loads of fun. So.......as you can see, I'm still debating the "what I want to be" question.

Notice that I did not include the "when I grow up" portion of that phrase, 'cause ~ uhmmmm ~ yeah. ;)

Hey Sojo,

All these years of schooling haven't helped me determine what I want to be, either. One day we'll figure it out! The MFT option sounds exciting, especially if you have lots of flexibility with it like actually doing forensics or counseling or teaching at the community college.

Thanks Queenie!
That would be awesome ~ to hook it all up together like that!
Well, good luck to you in figuring it out...how're you doing so far?

Dear Q and S,
you know , I found that the beauty of being able to have degrees that overlap, or are varied, has given me so many different opportunities in my jobs. For me that has been huge, cause I thrive on change and challenges.
you 2 wise ones probably already know that! :dohdoh:

oh and soj, Im lusting after your clavs
I can feel mine, but they have not popped out :whattha:

Here you go, Hol. This is practically clav porn. Better than that Flinstones stuff Sojo has!
