Thank you all SO much for the kudos and kind words of support.
A little over an hour after I posted that update message, Albert passed away. Of course, even though it was totally expected, it's been difficult for us all. Still - we know his suffering has at least ended...

On a happier note, Lucas called me in the middle of the night last night the moment he stepped foot on American soil. He's so happy. I'm so relieved. He'll be in San Antonio for several days (?) of debriefing and then he'll take leave and I'll get to see him. Yay!

So, there's a lot going on right now and it might be a little while before I'm back to posting on any sort of regular basis.

I'm sorry you've had bad news to start your year, Sojo, but I'm glad there's good to be seen and felt as well. I hope you are doing well in every way possible. You give so many people support and a good laugh to boot, you deserve all the happiness you can find.

Just to let you know you're in my thoughts and prayers Ms Thang. I am soooo sorry about Albert's passing:+( I'm glad you are getting to see Lucas tho, but wish it could have been under different circustances. You take my sweet friend. See you when you return to the boards.

Oh Sojo ... I am just catching up on the boards and feel so bad about your loss. :cry:

As you said, it was expected. Still, that does not diminish how very difficult it is to lose someone we love.

Hey Sojo.... come back and say somethin girl.

BTW... there will be a TSFL "big" meeting in Stockton on the evening of Feb 29 and a training for health coaches the next day (Saturday). We all would love for you to come, even for a quick meet...
