I say, and this is simply what works for me, move on to the next day. Dont worry about what you did or did not do yesterday. As long as you are not cheating, your ok.
In the end the scale will work its way down, but more importantly your body is benefiting from your new way of eating, you will loose inches, (dont forget to measure!), and it has helped my life is good attitude immensely!
