Hey Slimmin :D
I say, and this is simply what works for me, move on to the next day. Dont worry about what you did or did not do yesterday. As long as you are not cheating, your ok.
In the end the scale will work its way down, but more importantly your body is benefiting from your new way of eating, you will loose inches, (dont forget to measure!), and it has helped my life is good attitude immensely!
Just my humble thoughts.

Thanks! My scales showed a 2.5 lbs loss *magically* overnight. We'll see what the official scales report!

WOOHOO!!!! The "official" scales were down 3.75 lbs. A total of 34 lbs. I am so excited I can't stand myself! :eat:

Vacation.....ouch!

Well then....made the decision to just do whatever I wanted on Vacation the past ten days. It cost me on the scales. I did it, I enjoyed myself, I paid the price and now I am committing whole heartedly to the 100 days NO CHEATS!!!!

So.....day 1, only 99 to go. :water:

Wow what a lesson I have learned. Thought after 40 pounds I deserved "some time off for good behavior" intending to just take a couple of days. HA!!!! Two weeks!!! Off, on, off, on, on, on, off, off, off, off, off, off, on, off. Get the picture? :hammerhead1:

I have discovered that it is much easier to stay on, than to restart! A little too late on that one!

I had a long chat with myself last night about what I have accomplished so far and what it is costing me (in terms of pounds AND self-esteem/keeping my word to myself) by not staying on plan.

Went back to record keeping although I was certain I didn't need to do that anymore. I guess I do.

So....here's to day one.....

Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
