You CAN modify and delete the orders online but I caution you to do so...some people have deleted their order and not placed their new order within the time frame and lost their discount status.
I always make changes by calling the Customer Care Center at 1 (800) 572 - 4417.
That way, if there is a glitch, there is a trail for it and the discount can get re-applied. TSFL/Medifast is upgrading their software and IT system this summer and there will be significant improvements coming our way!
Once a person has made a change to their BeSlim Club Order, it can always be viewed in their personal Back Office link - that way you can tell if the change has been made.
The "Batch Number" refers to the date the Auto Ship order is charged to your account. Generally, it is charged on the Batch Date and shipped out the next day - it depends upon the time of day the batch is run.
