While there are some people who have successfully made changes to their BeSlim Club orders online, we continue to direct clients to phone the Call Center to make the changes to avoid the risk of losing the accrued discount.
The Call Center Reps are great about making changes for us.
To expedite the process, be prepared when you call - have your BeSlim Club Base number ready and a list of the Medifast items you want. You do not need the product item numbers, just their names. Example:
6 boxes Dutch Chocolate 55 shakes, 2 boxes Chocolate Mint Bars, etc.
(The BeSlim Base number is different from your Client ID. If you are unsure of your BeSlim Base number, the Call Rep can look up your account by your Client ID Number.)
In addition to moving towards our health goals and progressively saving money for Medifast food products, BeSlim Clubbers also earn redeemable points towards cool rewards. It’s sortta like winning for losing!
The IT platform changes will be well-worth the wait! In the meantime, make changes to your BeSlim Club orders telephonically!
