I sinned in sin city

Postby big ron » February 19th, 2006, 10:41 am

Well all I have been gone this last week on a business trip in Las Vegas. I went with all the intension of staying with the program. Well it started with the fact that the meetings were 3 full days with few breaks and catered meals. I let it go and went down fast. Well I am back and when I got on the scale I am up 2 lbs. I then looked up hype and ktrout and see where they are as well as everyone else, and this motivates me. The thing that helps me get back on is the accountability with you all and its great.
I have to admit that SINS taste sooo good!!!! Congrads to all who are staying the course and whats important is to stay with it when you slip and get back in right away. Thanks all

As Nancy says nothing tastes as good as thin feels

Ron, It's good to see you back. Take it on the chin and move on big guy. You're still doing great and we'll help you stay honest. You are right, sin tastes sooo good but is sooooo bad for us. Feel free to IM me if you'd like.

Take care

Hey Big Ron!!! Welcome back!!! Like the good book says "there is pleasure in sin for a season, but in the end it destroys us" (paraphrasing there for understandablility hehe)... Just teasin ya a little. ;)

It's not a sin to feast some times, it's just that this diverted you from our goal for a very brief moment. You're doing great! You'll have those 3 pounds off plus more in no time!!! Keep chuggin along!!!

Hey Ron! I was wondering where you've been. Glad to see you back. Situations like that are so very hard to get through and it doesn't seem like you did too bad. 2lbs will be gone off of you in no time. Just get back on the horse! I agree, being accountable here is such a huge factor in sticking with it.

Hey Ron! Welcome home! Sins usually more fun or tastes better but it's such a high price. You know you'll lose those 2 lbs super fast. ;)

Thanks everyone. The reason I posted is to be accountable and honest. Reality we all will slip and whether you are just starting or have lost 100# if you lose focus or slip into bad habbits all will come back. I have done this my whole life but am determined to not let anything stop me this time. Congrads to you all
