And really the whole concept of Xenical is ridiculous. If I could stick to only low fat foods I wouldn't have a problem! I mean everything on the planet is available low or no fat these days. Those are NOT the choices I made that got me here. My husband still remembers how I would YELL at him and send him back to the store if her bought me a Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine frozen anything. I really wanted all the fat and all the fatty flavor. I would see the green of the Healthy Choice box through the bag and ask him "Are you saying I'm fat???" He is a vegan so he doesn't know about all the differences since he never buys that stuff. I used to add butter to everything...hunks of it...even to spaghetti sauce. I would add olive oil and butter. So, no, Xenical was NOT for me.

Add me to the xenical list! I hated it! I had the worst leakage and I never really ate too much fatty foods. But YUCH!

Maybe having Olestra-laced Frito-Lay tater chips and a Xenical CHASER, huh?

The development, marketing, distribution and sale of Xenical was secretly financed by the makers of Charmin Tissue. Following the release of Xenical, Charmin sales shot up over 1000%.

I think people have wised up and have dramattically reduced the use of Xenical, which has caused Charmin sales to drop proportionately.

In fact, Charmin is doing so badly these days, the following headline was seen in the Wall Street Journal regarding Charmin stock and the effect the stock had on investors:

"CHARMIN TISSUE TOUCHED A NEW BOTTOM TODAY AND THOUSANDS WERE WIPED OUT!"

I wasn't overweight enough at the time to get a prescription from my doc (and also they don't like prescribing it to those with a history of eating disorders like bulimia) so my idiotic obsessive self bought it online for 240 bucks. The crazy things we do! That would have gotten me a lot of MF supplements!

I don't work! I watch TV and at the same time play on the internet all day. I take breaks to bug my husband at work and to cook for him. I also read quite a bit. A book every day or so. Right now I am also looking for a dog to buy so that is taking up a lot of my time.

Nancy ~~ I do work but since I teach computers I spend a lot of time at the computer. While the students are doing seat work, I try to catch up on a little reading (in between walking around and checking their work). Once in awhile I have to respond because I just cannot resist.

Dean, that is the funniest thing I have read in a very long time. :roflmao: You are the king :bouncie: of comedy! How do you come up with that stuff. I love it.

After reading all of your posts, I'm glad I did not take Xenical. I have tried most others though, and like you Bikipatra, I bought them online because my Dr. doesn't believe in diet pills.:x After trying nearly all of them, I don't either. :scratchhead:
