For the last few shakes I've been worried about the quality control at Medifast: I grab a packet, vigorously shake the packet to ensure the powder is all at the bottom (want to get all that yummy-ness) and notice powder flying around the kitchen! I look at the packet and there's a hole! :shock:

The first time, I threw the packet out, just in case some crazy person had injected anthrax into my packet. (as if)

The second time I drank it anyway, assuming there was a problem at the factory or something - didn't want to throw out another dollar.

The third time I did a little investigating. Guess what? The tiny hole is EXACTLY the same size as the stone on the ring on my right hand...... :dohdoh:

Maybe I shouldn't shake the packet so hard, huh? :mrgreen:

I'm amazed at how easily I was willing to blame terrorists over looking a little closer to home! :wallwall:

I'm glad to be here, too. Interestingly I am having some weird (for me) stomach problems and the ONLY thing I can consume that doesn't cause pain is a medifast shake! Guess I will lose weight and get healthy wheather I'm ready to or not.

Doctor's appointments and various scanning will hopefully figure out what is going on with me.
