Friday

I brought this up a couple of months ago, so I am glad to see it here! It really helps keep track of what you do each day. I am not stocked up and really need bags of ice today. Water here sucks. What is the point of having an ice maker in the freezer if the water is bad? Anyway...

I am just going to start off today by getting things going and then I will return tomorrow and try to keep a good list going. It helps me to see what you guys are having each day.

Hopefully, by the time school starts up agian we can see some changes!

Bad day to jump back into starting fresh. I ended up spending 8 hours at Honda dealership. I had about 3 bottles of water and then we went to IHOP and I had about 6 glasses of ice water. I didn't eat all day. At IHOP, I had some steak pieces and mushrooms. Didn't feel like eating the egg or anything else. Tomorrow I will be home and working on my dissertataion all day, so I will be fine.

I did get a new, technically used, Element- it had 2000 miles on it so they sold it as a used car.

Finally back to a semi-normal schedule. I was up till 4 am working on a paper, but here it is is so far. I have to keep track for me.

1 PM- Crm. of Broc.- just added in some McCheese, good otherwise
I have minnestrone soaking for later. I also have to go make and water & ice run. I think I am going to smash it up before I put in in the freezer in bags so that I can get it to chop better in shakes.

Here is the plan (most likely to change)

330- Minnestrone

6 PM- Soup/shake?

8 PM- Shake

10 PM- Shake

Midn- Hot Choc.

Normally I space it out more, but I have to get to bed kind of early, if you count 2 am early, and be at school early enough so that the day will start normally tomorrow.

I hate late nights. That's not true, I lsleep like crap so I like working late a tnight. But...I woke up at 1 PM again, which is fine cause I was up till way too late working.

Meal 1- 230- Minnestrone- It is not too bad. I only added pepper and a little McCheese.

Have pudding in the fridge-choc and coconut flavor
(Ok, so I went to eat the pudding and it was too soupy, so I am gonna add mroe water adn ice and turn it into a shake later on- Meal 3 or 4??)

Meal 2- 4:30 or so- I had hot choc. I added too much cayene. Tasted okay, smelled like the real thing minus the right amount of cayene. It wasn't too bad.

I have to go buy some ice, so I hope to have somemore shakes this week. I think for later on some crm of broc. --I like that stuff,

Noon- vanilla shake mixed with root beer and ice. Not horrible, it doesn't stay whipped up for very long, though.

More to come....

Well, I guess I wrote more than I needed to or wanted to in a different post, so I didn't get back in here to write. Of course I slept late again and screwed the day up. It sucks staying up till 4 AM and then doing that over and over again day after day.

1300-Peach Oatmeal is great. I have to order some more of it b/c I think I could have that all day everyday, at least until I get sick of it. I have to go grab some more water after I get something down on paper.

See, once again I didnt eat all day. I haev to really watch the time tomorrow. At least I will be at work and the class bells ring all the time so I can tell when time is up or at least be reminded that it's later than I thought.

Going to have some turkey now

Yay, finally a perfect day. By the end of the day, I'll have had a gallon water.

I had oatmeal when I got up. Somewhere later on, I had a pickle.

A few hours later I had salad with grilled chicken and turkey with WF blue cheese dressing.

I had chicken and rice soup with crackers while typing, then later on I had choc/coconut pudding.

I still have 2 more to go. Finally, though, I got in a day where I did it all right the whole time. I have been doing great all morning then when I get home blowing it. Not today. YAY

I am thinking about a shake later on and an oatmeal before bed. Maybe I will go for 2 shakes since I should really have some more of the soy today.

I ended up having crm of broc and mint bar.

I need to go buy more water and ice and hit the post office tomorrow, so I will definitely be out of the house much earlier tomorrow than I even woke up today!

Another perfect day, so far. Hot chocolate for breakfast, but I missed the cup when I was pouring it in so a lot of it ended up in the sink. It was good, though. I think I added in some caramel syrup and cinnamon.

Later on orange shake tasted great with a little bit of crystal light orange drink powder.

I went shopping then when I got home I cut up all my veggies and stored tehm while I had a strawberry shake with some crystal light straw/tangerine added in. That makes the flavor really pop out better.

I am having a salad with 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 turkey. Pretty good

Ended up having crm. of broccoli soup

I am also making some pudding for last meal of the day. Gonna watch some movies, so I am gonna snack a little. If I am still hungry, I'll throw in a packof crackers or soy crisps later on.

I haev to bring my other computer to Best Buy and see what is wrong with it. Hopefully, I will be up early

Water- Check

Not bad day. Still have 3 more meals to go, though.

I had a vanilla shake for breakfast. Not bad mixed with some orange Crystal LIght.

A few hours later I had fruit punch. Not bad with a lot of ice.

Dinner- I had an ostrich burger and turnips. Pretty good, but now I am full.

Later- who knows- probably drinks while I work. HOt Choc or Chai, maybe a bar. I'll have it while I watch a new DVD.
