Yeah, so I am obviously not is San Diego. All those plans fell through...sick uncle )mom's brother) starting chemo needed rides so my aunt had to bring him......no one else around there drives...sucks. I feel bad for him, but if you knew how he lived his life, lung cancer was completely expected long ago. My aunt (his sister and my mom's sister) feels like this martyr and has to stay. Kind of aggravating. So,
anyway, no CA this break. Maybe over the summer.

Went to paint ceramics last night. it was fun. gotta get the plate back in a few days after they fire it. HUngry. Going to eat

How disappointing for you to not be able to do your trip. I hope you find enjoyable things to do while staying near home and helping your relatives.

I was at Fresh and Easy and had a coupon to save $6 if I spent $30, so I made sure to spend 30 so I could get 6 free! I got A LOT of frozen fish, so I have that in there and I have cottage cheese and eggs. I have plenty of canned tune, too. I have a lot of frozen vegetables.

All this is great becuase I don't have much money for anything other than gas now that I have paid my bills  Gas runs me almost $80 a week to and from work, so as long as I can get to work, I am okay. Thankfully, no school this week, though.

I am going to get the brownies over the summer....don't have money, now.
I can fake something out of pudding or chocolate hsakes for a while.

I have plenty of paperwork to do and lesson plans to write, so I hope I actually do some of them...I am good at procrastination.
Have a great day!

I just had the otange cream shake....it's been a while. It didn't taste great- not bad, just not orange-y. I used to add in diet orange soda but now I can't....It's OK. I'm just trying to use it all up. I have a few pineapple-orange ones, too.

Thinking about porkchops for dinner. I have to go to my dad's house and take in his mail so while I'm out, I'll scavenge. Starting up IEPs again. Gosh, they take forever to write well. I just want to have break time for Spring BReak.

Yeah, so I was at a crossroads for a while there. Tried and think I did okay with eating only raw foods. I felt like I needed to get in more fresh fruits and vegetables and not eat meat or dairy. I think I have to decide tonight which to stick to. I don't think I can do dairy. Makes me sick, I think.

Pros and cons I guess are both the same with the big con for both being-- HOW LONG CAN I DO THIS? and IF IT'S SO EASY, WHY HAVEN'T I DONE IT, YET?..................and stuck with it.

I have so much of the food still. I think if I can either do a 6 MF meals or do 5 plus salads and non-dairy I would be okay. I just need to make this summer happen. Planning to get the treadmill out of storage now that I know I will be here until at least next June.
I have another week of paperwork and making schedules even though I officially had my last day of school on May 21st. Free labor :)

I guess I just need to research and weigh more options. I would like to go back to school in the fall with a noticeable difference. I just haev to figure out how to do that, write it up and stick with it.

I plan to move to CA next year, so I want to be able to get a good job and as sad as it sounds, I know I am good at what I do and I have never not gotten a job I applied for, but I am worried I wouldn't get a job there. Sad, I know..

GOnna go catch up and see what people have been up to. I'll take any advice....Really don't want to incorporate meat or dairy anymore.

Hmmm. Should re-read all of this- start to finish, but what is the point? What is now is now. Not much action in here, a lot of which I am partially responsible for, too. I think I, like others, come in with the best of intentions and life gets in the way, money, or lack of it, gets in the way, and people just forget. I hate Resolutions, so I will just say I plan to hop on at least once a day and next paycheck buy some more things. I have plenty laying around from last time, but I want to try out brownies and play with recipes.

Gotta review lean and green options.Still not a big meat eater, so I have to find some good ideas. Plenty of raw vegetable ideas.

Hasta manana

Hola chicka....

I have been finding so many new recipes, I love the brownies, the cookies and the bites. But my all time favorite is still the hot chocolate. YUMMY.

I found a new lean green recipe that I absoulutely adore. The cauliflower pizza. OMG if you are craving pizza this hits the spot.

Well hope you are doing well.

I saw the cauliflower pizza one, too. Looks good. I am on a cottage cheese and avocado/tomato kick, now. I have tons of hot chocolate, too, still around. I am not buying anything new until at least next paycheck in 3 weeks. I have more bars and crackers than I recalled having.

How have you been doing?

Ahh sorry girly, for everything going on. The good thing is Medifast is always here for you.

I am doing good. I am so close to the 100's I was there 2 weeks ago but then the holidays happened. But got right back on plan and I am trying. So far so good.
