Should I still try my MF?

WOW ~ I would have thought that MF would be okay to consume but listen to your body. Just like Joan said, you may want to do broth and crackers if that's what is working. I've never had a baby, but I can agree that my gall bladder attack was the worst thing I ever experienced. I genuinely thought I was having a massive heart attack and was dying.

Best of luck with surgery. You'll feel sooo much better afterwards.

ACK! Jenn...so sorry to hear of all the pain you are enduring.

I can vouch for gall bladder attacks being worse than labor pains and feeling like you are dying. Gall bladder/stones has got to be the worse pain on earth. I've had 3 c-sections, I'd have 3 more if given the choice between the two.

Hang in there.

Ohhh the dratted "bland diet".
I've been on the same program lately... gerrrr... I never ever thought I'd be tired of mashed plain potatoes.. but they are not looking sooo great.
Here's what I found out for my "bland diet"
No chocolate
No spices including pepper
No citrus
No coffee or tea
No tomato products
No fresh veggies and no brocolli or coliflower even cooked
No fresh fruits
Nothing with seeds ( jams etc)
No whole grain products.. just white bread.

I've been eating a lot of steamed chicken, rice, potatoes (no skins)
vanilla pudding and soda crackers along with decaf tea. Watch the herbal ones.. lots are citrus bases.
Good luck... you'll make it thru and we both need to remember this won't last forever. I think I have a couple more weeks of it ... dang ole pancreas!!

Well the surgery is tomorrow. I have been mainly eating baked chicken or grilled chicken. I seriously dont get what is up with MF because that is the only thing I have had the last few days that bothers my stomach. I cant believe I am actually anxious to going back to MF just so I can have something.
