I can't stay on the plan when I incorporate the lean and green. I am tempted to eat more later. The bars, especially, make me crave more food

I'm looking for some motivation...and I think an accelerated weight loss would do the trick. Don't we all agree

Does anyone know if one loses more on the full fast? Anybody with this experience?

PS I am under LOTS of pressure to lose, because my dance partner is willing to take more private lessons (at $60/hour) with me to prepare for our next dance competition. He keeps pointing out my weight gain, and I want to prove it to him that I can look good again, ASAP!
