I was thinking about you this morning as you run the Inn. Hope all is well with you. Be sure to drink your shakes on time. When you're busy, it is easy to forget to eat because hunger really does go away. My husband is great to remind me to eat - i easily slip back to my old way of skipping meals, if I am not careful.
I am right on track myself now. I had a good week this last week - many temptations and avoided them because I ate on time. This weekend was different - we were at a conference and I didn't eat all of my meals on time because I got so busy helping others (I LOVE to do that - it really rings my chimes to help others!)
While you are busy helping folks, don't forget to have your own shakes. It wouldn't be good for them to find you under the table some where! Hah!
