I am posting an updated picture --- I'm the one on the left. This was from the cruise I took at the beginning of June --- what fun!

I haven't been around much lately but I plan to be and I will post more in other topic areas.

Cruises must be great because all three of you look happy and healthy. I hear the food is ever-present and delicious. I think I'll wait a while before I try THAT particular challenge!

Hey Pam....YOU LOOK ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL!! .....Keep up the great work my friend...you sound as if your as busy as I am..I have no time to post like I used to...but my School/s will be ending here shortly..and I have been flat out busy with work...I have been struggling a bit on the program..have good days and bad...but Im not giving up!!

let us not forget the soldiers overseas who cannot be with thier loved ones today to celebrate this 4th...as they are standing ground, protecting our freedom...so that we may enjoy this day and the days to come!

Wow, Pam! You look so beautiful, but more importantly, so HAPPY!

My husband and I had talked about going on an Alaskan cruise on our 30th wedding anniversay last September, but the leaky rook definitely stepped up and grabbed the money we had set aside--and then some. Maybe next year. A girl can dream can't she?!?

You look radiant! Great color choice for you, too.

We have not been on a cruise. Yet. Can't wait. Our daughter and son-in-law went on a cruise last fall.

I think Kat is right, a cruise and all the buffets may not be the best choice for some of us until we reach our goal. Even then, moderation will be the key or we will end up just where we were before we started Medifasting!

Shake on!
