To answer the question about the "just" 40lbs. Yes, since I started MF I've lost 40lbs, however, shortly after the BEFORE picture was snapped, I joined my local Curves. I began working out in April 04, (again around the same time that picture was snapped!) And from April to December 04, I did lose about 24lbs doing the South Beach Diet. However from Dec. 04 to April 05, I regained about 20lbs. So the picture you see above in the BEFORE actually was before I started working out 3 days a week for a year. And it does include the 4 extra lbs that I carried before I did the lose/gain thing.
Does this make any sense? LOL!
So I guess what I'm saying is the before picture and the after picture would be a total weight loss of 44lbs AND a year PLUS of working out!!!
