Other bits and pieces can get caught in them too, which is amazing and befuddling :shock:

considering how small those tweezer parts are---all it takes is a little pinch of skin and you are doing the teary-eyed dance of the 'how the heck did that ever fit and happen?' :shock:

Been there, done that---and yes, they do work wonderfully once you get past the initial first times using it. Pull your underarm skin taunt when you use it as it can pinch the skin if you don't.

They are great and worthwhile to use, especially once you've done it a few times and the hair is growing back much finer and slower.

I was reading this yesterday at school.......I didn't have time to post, but was laughing so hard I almost spit water on some of my students.

I use a mix of different techniques.
Legs: wax no question

under arms: still shaving ( will consider wax, but i have floppy skin issues)

eyebrows: tweeze

Odd and end rogue facial hairs: wax and tweeze

bikini: want to wax but scared, shaved but hate it, Creams didn't work.

I have an epilady story too. I was at my girlfriend's house. We were goin out on a manhunt, and she wasn't quite ready yet. I had on these cute new shorts and a little top. Yep, pre fat days!! Anyway, I had had a little, well maybe a little too much, to drink already. I picked up what I thought was an epilady and I "used" it on my bikini. It wasn't an epilady. Her dad was a cop. There was a weird guy in her apartment complex lurking around her place. He got her a stun gun. I stunned myself. And, I fell out of the chair onto the floor, passed out, and peed in my cute new shorts. SO EMBARASSED!!!

Joelie, I promise - and I think even Biki would agree - the real epilady is nowhere near as painful as that!!!!
