HI,

I am also a new girl on the block and just recieved my supply. Is there anyone out there that can give me an example of there plan for the day ?
I am doing the 5 and 1 and i am a little confused.

It is great to read all of these :D Such Wonderful support and i am going to need it !

Thanks for the help, I look forward to chatting with all of you :)
