Alrighty... these are my before pictures - both taken within the last few weeks. I'll try to post new pictures every 20lbs or 1 month - being able to compare pictures and SEE a difference is really inspirational to me, and I know it's tough to see the changes in yourself when you look in the mirror every day!

The one with the greenery as the background was taken March 20th 2006 in my backyard.

The indoor side shot was taken on Wednesday April 5th 2006.

You're gorgeous!! Omgosh...so stunning. :) I know you'll have much success with Medifast! We started at about the same weight(I was 5lbs more and my goal is near yours too) :) Can't wait to see your 20 lbs lost pictures and your 30 lbs lost pictures!!

Oh MY GOD! You're so goregous! You're going to stop traffic when you reach your goal! I can't believe how beautiful your skin and your hair is!

I hope you really give us updates every 20 lbs! I LOVE them! They're so motivating! I'm going to do an update at 35lbs or so, maybe 40.

I just wanted to say you're doing wonderfully and we're SO glad you've joined our little clan! Your posts are great and I'm so glad you're shakin' with us!

Shana, You are so beautiful...I love your hair! If you are so beautiful now, I can only imagine how beautiful you are going to look when you reach your goal weight! Well, I guess I don't need to imagine...I can see your new after pictures...which are going to be up here in no time.

Wow! Thank you for all of the compliments ladies! I now know where to come when I need a confidence boost :) You're all wonderful and the support you give EVERYONE is amazing, motivating & makes me feel very blessed to have stumbled upon this forum!

I WILL do my best to post new pics every 20lbs or so - wearing the same darn thing (at least in the next set) because that skort was falling OFF of me when I moved to FL last July & it currently looks like sausage casing - but it's the only thing that fits lol.

I hope you all had wonderful weekends!

I can see you a sparkle in your eyes. You are so pretty!!!

You look like a person who does what she sets out to do.

I know you will stick to the Medifast plan and lose your weight quickly.

I look forward to seeing your next picture - let's see - in about 6 weeks or less I would think.
