Do I have to have at least 3 shakes a day? Cant I have any of the mf products for the 5 and 1?

Nope...you can have any combo of the MF products you like. With the exception of the bars...just one of those allowed per day.

It's in that 2 year old FAQ that is still up hehe. Tell ya what I can post a current one!

edit: OMG that took FOREVER to format into colors and sizes. Unca I sure hope you can move it to it's own post so all the newbies will see it. :)
