Ok, I am a guy, so take it easy on me. Where do you buy this Shaker Bottle thing?

Well, there si a little one that is about 2 cups I guess (blue lid) that I got free with a month order. They screwed up adn sent me 3 of them


But, on the medifast site you can order the bigger version of the cup, too. I think it has a red cover. It is a bigger bottle and better to hold shakes with lots of ice and volume. I assume it is available through Nancy, as well, since she sells the products. I'd check with her.
