Well, I did it. I finally started the c25k last night. It felt good. I hesitate to say that I started because so many times I do just that and then fizzle out, but the desire is definately there to see it through.

Need to find me some a them stickers so that I can obsess about my calandar.....

Good for you and glad it felt good and you have the desire. Again you are continuing to be the Biki-inspiration. I think I may make my own stickers with your picture to use on days I start kicking up the exercise or when I reach goal or for every maintenance day. That would be nice. A whole calendar of little Joleen faces watching over me.

OMG, the thought of that makes me cringe! But while you're making them, could you make some extra with wording like "good work", "fantastic", and "outstanding"? I could use them to reward my employees.......gag me with a spoon, hahahahahaha.

Not everyday but once a week or so I go back and look at our pictures from when you visited. I like looking at your face! :) Your employees would think you had gone a little bonkers especially if I used the pic in the tiara. "From the desk of Queen Jo...."

Well, I always tell them to just call me "your highness", so yes, the tiara pics would be perfect!

Actualy as a QUEEN, the correct styling would be "Your Majesty." I suggest you send out a memo this morning.

And just to make clear to the underlings where they stand, start occasionally refering to yourself in the third-person.

I need to tell them to stop bowing to me.....it takes up valuable company time.

I hope the females are learning a passable curtsey. So difficult for Americans who never made it to a good finishing school.
