Hey Jo ~ if you use the aforementioned stitch to make
this hideousness, does that make it a Hairy Kirshner??
Can you wear it in an airport and ask for money??

:roflmao: OMG, that is hidious! The things I make are much purtier. When I meet up with biki, we'll take pictures of her modeling the socks, hehe.

Jo...though I've been waiting with bated breath to view her delicate ankles,
I'd rather see a shot of Biki in this...you can make it out of purple yarn,
and then she'd have the hair she's wanted since she was 12 ~ it's a win-win!

My hair is ALREADY purple. You have to pay to play. Keep up, Sojo!

I have some pink and purple spray for hair before I got mine done-just to see how I would like it. They would look adorable on you!

Well....I really couldn't tell from the picture,
but I thought you said it was pinkish-purple...?
With a Hairy Kirshner it could be really purple!!

I think it's best now because it is close to Barney's color and that is my husband's transitional object.

Joleen, please let me apologize. Perhaps because I have been up since 2:30am and have had a while to think, my huge faux pas has come to me. I have been showing off your pearls left and right and robbing you of the opportunity to enjoy an amuse bouche of what my special socks will look like! Please accept my apology and enjoy this picture as a preview of what my foot could become under your labor! It can be resized, of course, for use as your desktop pattern or screensaver.

If that's your foot, I need to rip out and start over!

Think sugar frosted violet.

Seriously, Biki, you slay me. I had to log on just to tell you that I can't believe you managed to find a way to throw in "amuse bouche" into a journal, not even relating to catering or planning your wedding! Girl, you need to be a writer - and for an audience larger than your fans here at MF....

:-)

Thanks. I used to write quite a bit and even had a rather popular blog. Then my mother gave the address to my grandfather and that took the wind out my sails.
