Jo,

When I hit Maintenece. I hope I have the wonderful attitude that you do. And I hope I will be able to relize it like you do. True Inspiration.

Awwwwww, miss you too, bibi.

Finding time to do a half jo day today. Need a hair cut and a nail job. I don't know if this counts as a jo day, though, when I have to go to work at 5:00am to fit it in! I guess if I have time for a pedicure, I'll count it, hehe.

Since you've lost half of your body weight, isn't every day a half-Jo day?? :shades:

Around 5 o'clock here at the coffee bar every one eats pastry and cheesecake. I haven't really wanted any but I do stare a bit. Better on the toes than a lifetime on the hips...

136 today. :x

That dinner on Saturday night really messed me up. I feel like a water balloon. I could hardly get my shoes on this morning, so I know it's water weight, but I don't like it one bit.

I'm 5&1ing until I get back down to 130-132. Having Chicken & Wild Rice right now....mmmmmmm good. I'm so glad I have a plan.

Ah Jo, what a rotten thing to be happening. But you do know what it is and it will be gone.....I imagine it is just rotten to see the numbers be higher than where you have been. You will drop it quickly with your water and 5/1. :) Sending good thoughts!

Yeah, I'm not worried, but it just makes me think that some things aren't worth the hastle, lol. I would have been just as happy with a L&G, but thought I should try something else because it was my first experience with Thai food.

Even an L&G at a Thai place would probably be loaded with salt, though. So you'd probably still be a bit bloated afterward. Could be MSG, too. Do you know if they use it?

I'm almost sure they do use MSG.....why else would I be so bloated because the food didn't taste particularly salty.

I've eaten at Thai restaurants (on plan) and have not had a problem ... I usually get the soups though. I suppose it depends upon the restaurant too. Most of those I go to make everything from scratch. But, not to worry Jo, you do have a plan! :cheermed:
