I hope she is having a wonderful & relaxing time. I don't know why she didn't plan on getting to an internet cafe onboard to keep up with us. ;) LOL Didn't she know (or care) that we'd be going through Jo-withdrawal?

I'm BAaaaaaackkkkkkk.

Ok, so here's the good, the bad, and the ugly:

I'll start with the good:

Exercise: A+++ I walked no less than 3 measured miles each day. Most days it was more like 5 miles and on one day it was 7! Also, in honor of miss bebes, I didn't use an elevator the whole cruise. We were on the 8th floor, prolly walked up and down at least 40 flights/day. The walks don't include hikes and walking at the stops either. We hiked up a huge mountain. Oh yeah, and we also biked down a volcano (32 miles).

The bad: I'm not sure how much I gained because I'm giving myself a few days to deflate, but I'm sure the results won't be great.

Back to the good: I'm not waiting to see the scale results. I got right back on track the moment I got home. So for 1 1/2 days so far, I've been on program. The damage should be history in short order.

The ugly: My size 6 shorts are a bit tight at the moment. I would say the look is not cute. Oh, and jet lag = ugly, ugly, and long plane trips =very ugly, too. 2 Weeks of laundry? = major ugliness.

Back to the good: Laundry is done, folded and put away. I'm unpacked. All the doodads are put away.

The ugly: Marks suitcases are still sitting just inside the front door, grr. He had football to watch, ya know.

The good: I had a goal in mind to get an exercise habit going. I think it has worked. I went out to walk this morning without even trying to talk myself out of it.

I've missed you all. Thanks for the thoughts. Thanks for missing me. :D And sorry I didn't jump on here right away. Our internet was out last night and I was up to my ears in laundry all day today.

See yuz around this week. I need to go and catch up on posts for a bit.

love,
jo
