hey kanani,

I did see it, but since my husband is the tour director of our trip, I need to get with him about the stops. I'll get back to you as soon as I know.....maybe tomorrow morning.

It's worked for me today, too.....not that I wanted to binge, but a few times I consulted with my intelligent self about what to choose.

Good Evening Jo !

Love this topic !
Anyway, I think my intelligent self won today ! It told my emotional self to tell my physical self that cheating just wastes time... It's non-productive and makes unhappiness occur...

Have had a long day !

Went to curves last night for the first time in months. It was fun and felt good, but I'm a bit sore this morning. I deserve that. Stopped going when I was in the thick of tax season and just didn't start back up.

I find it much easier to break a habit than to form one when it comes to exercise.

Have a good day peeps.

GoodMorning Jo !

I decided that I'd get up earlier so I can post and say hello ! I want to join Curves too...I have one right around the corner and hope that it will open early in the morning, so I can excercise before I go to work...

Started my job this week and it feels so good to have a routine back !

Have a great day !

I sort of want to join Curves. I called them and got VM and then they called me and got VM. That was 4 weeks ago.

It is refreshing to go there. I would definately recommend it to anyone who needs to tone but doesn't want to lift weights. It's fun, too. The ladies all chat which makes the time go fast. I always feel really good when I leave.

Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.
I missed your birthday.

Well, happy belated birthday, Jo.
What the heck ~ it's only been a month!!

Cool clue that you gave to Mizz T about my "thing" being right under my nose.
Aren't you the clever one? 8) I found another thing......shoe size!
Didn't I read somewhere about your boots being an 8.5?
Yup...that's a 39 in European sizes, in case you ever need to know that!

Now, Jo.......I know I've been gone for a good while, but...........
c25k?? Curves??? A new bike???? What in the world??????
You continue to inspire, astound, and amaze!
The tiara is so well-deserved!
WAY cute bike, btw. DH also has a Trek - but his has lights and a siren on it!

Anyway ~ I'm glad to be back and just wanted to say hi!

Sojo Renee!!! I thought of you on my birthday. I am glad you're back, too. I mean a soal sister should not be aloud to disappear like that!

DH also has a Trek - but his has lights and a siren on it!

I am so envious. I need my bicycle to be loaded like that! Funny thing - when I bought the bike, I asked the salesman if they had baskets for them and he just laughed at me.

No exercize tiaras here, sojo. I exercise about a 5th of what I should. For instance, the c25k is supposed to take something like 5 weeks and I've been doing it for about 2 months and am only on the 2nd week. I am sorta trying, though. I guess that counts for something.

Hi Jo,
Just wanted to stop in and say hello...Many times it's your voice I hear when I am ever tempted to go off plan...Then I hear Biki's voice when it's a fashion thing, and so...I can honestly say that being on this board is very helpful because you stop and think...before you eat !

Thank you for the never ending support that you give to us newbies...By the way...When are you no longer a "newbie"????
