Starting today, I'm on the 5-1 for awhile. I feel good. Just had my oatmeal.

Kanani, if you read this, know that maintenance will only be over the day I die. Success in maintenance is only what's happening right now.

First day done. It was easy. Compliance is easy.....kinda like riding a bike.....you don't forget.

I was alone all day, too! And there was plenty of temptation. Fruit, munchies, stuff like that. I didn't even have a snack! I suppose it'll take a few weeks and I'm ready for the challenge.

I would panic if I were you and perhaps graph your mini-plateau on fitday and post the picture here in your journal. That seems the most sensible thing!

Try jumping on the scale every 10min.
That seems to help.

Hope everyone knows we're being sarcastic.

Isn't it addicting, T? It takes me about a week to do one sock and that's with just an hour or two at a time. Just remember, you can't eat while knitting.....at least I haven't figured out how.
