thanks for the tip on the shake, warm the inners, warm the heart :heart:

the forum aint what it use to be. Im quite sad about all the middle school behavior nastiness. It takes away from the real reason we are soppose to be here.

I personally LOVE the cappuccino mixed with coffee. That is the only way I like it hot though go figure, I LOVE the cocoa and the capp cold, but not hot.

Anyway - Jo, are you anywhere near Seven Springs? That is where I am taking my daughter and her friend to go snowboarding this weekend. I was thinking if you were close enough and not busy we might get together for a L&G lunch or something.

Hmm, I never tried that, maybe I'll like it that way.

From what I remember, Mike, you don't like stuff so sweet. If you like coffee, then try it with the capp. The coffee takes away most of that extra sweet flavor of the capp.

Try the tropical fruit punch with lots of ice...that's as close as you may get - for now! :-)

Are you kidding? I can't even think of having a cold drink right now.

We're having a major blizzard right now and they're calling for freezing rain on top of 8 inches of snow. I'm still at work and will be for awhile. Gonna need to call the dog sled to come and pick me up, I'm 'fraid.

Jo, thanks for stopping by my journal. So when you gained weight on your cruise what did you do when you got back to take it off? Back on 5/1?
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
