Yeah, OWTO, I love DDP and though I didn't overdo while on program, I never got bent out of shape about a -0- calorie indulgence. :mrgreen:

Well, kiddies, the hubster and I are leaving today for a week+ long conference in Orlando....Mickeytown. I have mixed feelings about it. Though I love to travel, it's really cuttin in to my Christmas cheer. I'm stressed about getting everything done for the big day.....so much so that I didn't even start to pack until last night and then realized that I had no plan about what to wear in Florida in December. I just threw a bit of everything in and hope I hit it right. Oh well, I am trying to go with the flow. That's my goal today, just go with the flow........
