A few boxes of soup
2 or 3 boxes of pudding
1 box scrambled eggs
1 box apple cinnamon oatmeal
2 boxes powder chocolate shakes (maybe more)
1 swiss shakes box

a few other assorted packages

I just wanted to comment on the title of your post so newbies don't get the wrong idea.

Once you start this journey towards better health, you're never really "done". It's about forming new habits for health. Regular exercise, plenty of water and eating smaller portions of healthy, balanced food frequently throughout the day.
