Hi everyone! It's been a little quiet around here--I hope everyone is doing well :).

Just wanted to give an update on the completion of my 2nd week--I've lost 22lbs :shock:! Here I was hoping to lose 25lbs my first month and I've almost reached that in two weeks. Unbelievable!

22 pounds? I can't believe it! You're definitely off to a great start, you should be proud of yourself.

I know this is just the beginning, and am humbly staying mindful of this ... the slowdown is just around the corner, but with such a great kickoff, how could I complain :)?

And again, thank you all for the support and encouragement and sharing--it truly makes a difference :).
