Hi Judy and welcome,
Browse around the forum and you'll see those first few days can be kinda tough. Stick with it, and you'll find your hunger will greatly subside.
There are lots of "meal replacements" available including soups, chili, bars, and oatmeal to name a few. Just be sure they're labeled or listed as "meal replacements" and they can be used to replace your shakes for 2 of your daily meals. It's recommended that you make a minimum of 3 of your meals shakes and only 1 bar per day. Your weight loss will be the same if you add any of the alternate meal replacements in place of the shakes.
Do a search on bouillion here in the forum to read some suggestions on which bouillion's are acceptable. Some brands are too high in calories to use.
Let us know if that answered your question and keep us posted,
Unca
