I was just wondering since I have always loved fresh steamed crab legs I was wondering if they are legal of course with the right kind of melted butter? When I usually go the platter comes with a veggie steamed, please she some light on this for me, I searched and came up with nothing except infor regarding "fake Crab"

Different varieties may vary a little, but here's the numbers for Dungeness.

I ate crab while I was losing. No butter or anything that looks like butter, though! It's was always a treat. I love seafood.

According to the QSG when I started, it was 7 oz of chicken, fish, or other seafood. I wouldn't worry so much about the crab legs with the shells as much as I would try to determine how much meat is the 7 oz of crab meat. Just like figuring our how many ounces is 7 oz cooked weight of something.

Its hard to figure out the first time, but if you try it at home once to get an idea, you can go from that when you eat out.
