If you make the cream of chicken soup a little thicker than usual it is kind of like gravy...

hadn't thought about that. Still not appetizing sounding.

Mike, the Scrambled eggs are available but not on the TSFL site yet. If you call in or call your health advisor you can get them though.

I got a packet of the scrambled eggs in our last order. They are surprising just like eggs once you cook them. Very good.

The scrambled eggs are great!! I cooked them on the stove top and added salt and pepper (wanted to add veggies, but just didn't because i wanted to be able to have them for dinner) and they were excellent! My mom who is here and she is on MF tried them and said they were good too!

Its not that Jan. Many of us have eggsperienced reconstituted eggs before, and frankly were not impressed. I am very impressed with these.
Nothing to do with your word.

Ok my turn on the eggs. I ordered my next month's supply and included a box of the eggs. As they say----stay tuned. I will let you know.
And whoever suggested Salsa for the Chili - Mike I think it was you - thanks a whole bunch. It was yummy! :D

I add chili powder and garlic to my chili. At one point I added a teaspoon of bbq sauce, but eventually just use the chili powder.
Salsa sounds tasty though.

Got my shipment of scrambled eggs. Modern science has outdone themselves! Powdered eggs certainly have improved over the years! A very welcome good-tasting Medifast meal! For those who don't use stovetop cooking for MF products, just watch closely and possibly shorten cooking time in the micro. :D

I got a sample of the eggs too and was wondering about using them to cook with. I am not crazy about the texture of the various cookie recipes on the board, and wonder if using the eggs in some of the recipes might improve the texture of the cookies. One of these days when I'm feeling industious I might try it in a brownie or oatmeal cookie.

I didn't order any eggs this time but got a free sample with my order. I was pleasantly surprised. First, the color isn't as obnoxious a yellow as I had expected. The taste was rather bland but I added a dash of hot pepper sauce and two sprays of ICBINB. Some improvement. What I can say without qualification is that they were very filling! That could also be due to the 72oz of water I have had today already. I think I will add some to my next order. I followed the microwave instructions, just reducing the time a bit because my microwave seems extra powerful. I always adjust slightly downward. They were still to hot to eat right away which let my anticipation build...ahhh, the wonders of new Medifast products...
