Scrambled Eggs

Postby cynben » February 9th, 2007, 2:39 pm

I have always made the eggs (which I LOVE) in the microwave. Are they different if you cook them on the stove?

They taste more like real scrambled eggs.
In the microwave they don't taste "exact".

I make them in the microwave and like them just fine.

Brian makes them on the stove and they absolutely ROCK!
And he's making them in the morning! YAY! Image

The eggs with a touch of salsa on top. Yummo for breakfast!

I made them in the microwave the first time and they were perfect, fluffy and yummy. Ever since then I have had the worst results. One time I ended up with cooked eggs lumps in yellow broth. :| I am definitely using a skillet next time.

I read from some posters on another website that they mix the eggs the night before and leave them in the fridge...then scramble them in the morning (stove top) and they're even better. Haven't tried it yet...it's hard for me to think a day ahead like that. Anyone else here try it?

I tried them on the stove over the weekend and they are better. I like them microwaved, but I LOVE them on the stove. YUMMY.
