As I said in weigh in the
weigh in thread, I actually register UP two pounds this week. I don't buy it - other than a fairly responsible birthday dinner, I've been on program. I'm thinking that weighing and microanalyzing will be counterproductive for a bit so long as I'm eating the same Medifast dealies about exclusively.
Just in case anything's amiss with the Splenda-sweetened beverages, I don't plan to buy any more for a while. I'll run through what I've got, then try to acclimate to just water for a while. (Stihl likely knows best here, dull as the water may be!)
Breaking out an older pair of pants and punching a hole in the belt was fun, as I mentioned. Another odd thing is that my shoes are feeling a bit looser. One doesn't normally think of feet as containing a lot of fat. It makes me wonder if that's really something else. Maybe a product of better circulation - less blood pooling at extremities? Or maybe it's all in my head.
