Welcome to all the Newbies!!!

Scared?? I was! Scared I had wasted a ton of money. Scared I would hate the food (I'm a very picky eater). Scared I wouldn't stay with it (I usually stick to a diet for 3 to 4 days). Scared I would be hungry all the time (every diet I have ever tried I have been starving the entire time). I was scared temptations would get me because I eat out in restaurants everyday. Well that was ten (10) weeks and almost 30 pounds ago!!

Wasted money? Best investment I ever made...in my health. Hate the food? I love all the MF products I've tried. In fact, I find myself craving them sometimes. I love planning what supplements I'm going to eat for the day. Not staying on plan? This program is the easiest plan I have ever been on. No thinking. Everything is premeasured and nutritionally balanced. Hungry? I have to remind myself to eat every 2-3 hours. Restaurant temptations? I have found waiters and restaurants to be extremely accomodating to my Lean & Green needs. I have rediscovered the taste of many foods I wasn't eating because they weren't on a Fast Food menu.

All I can say is this is the best decision I ever made. The MediFast plan works if you follow it. This Forum is awesome. I have never found a more encouraging and supportive group of people. And look at the results...everyday those tickers keep moving downwards!!!!
